RETURNS

If you have received an order that you would like to return you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the item/s delivery. Any returned item/s need to be in new resalable condition in any original packaging. All items must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure safe return and proof of postage must be obtained.

 

To arrange a return please contact us via email at fabuluxehomeandgifts@outlook.com explaining the reason for return and providing proof of purchase. 

 

A replacement or credit note will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it.

 

Unfortunately any 'unwanted' items must be returned at buyers cost but full item price will be applied to a credit note or an exchange offered upon safe return of the item. 

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and  flowers, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Letterbox gifts

  • Personlised items

  • Sale items

LOSS OR DAMAGES

On the very rare occasion that an item is damaged during transit please simply send images of the damaged item and packaging via email and a replacement product or credit note shall be given.

 

No exchanges or credit notes are given if the shipping address given is incorrect or if you request your order to be ‘left in a safe place’ from the delivery service used. None of our items come with a warranty.

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 44A Wigan Road, Hindley, Wigan, WN2 3BE. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a exchange or credit note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
